Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.684/2022 under Section 376(2)(n)/506/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Vijay Vihar and proceedings emanating therefrom. Charge sheet has been filed under Section 376(2)(n)/506/34/509/312 IPC. Section 66E of IT Act is also stated to have been invoked by the prosecution. 2.
