% 16.07.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing CM Nos.15233-15234/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 4235/2020 & CM No.15232/2020 The facts of this case are virtually identical to the facts of W.P.(C)4190/2020 titled Sanjay Singal vs State Bank of India which was disposed of by this court vide order dated 15.07.2020. In view of the order passed in W.P.(C)4190/2020, same directions are passed in the present petition, namely, :- "5.As the order of the said Committee is being given to the petitioner, on receipt of the said communication, let the petitioner attend the personal hearing scheduled on 17.7.2020. This direction is passed without prejudice to all the rights and contentions of the parties.
6. At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that there are certain documents mentioned in the annexure to the show cause notice dated 7.6.2019. He submits that the petitioner has sought copies of these documents from the respondent bank and same are not being provided to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner make these requests before the Wilful Defaulter Identification Committee in the course of the personal hearing. In case such a request is made the committee is requested to deal with the said request, as per law.

Nothing further survives in the present Writ Petition. I may only add that the respondent committee shall comply with clauses 3 (b) and (c) of the Master Circular dated 01.07.2015 in letter and spirit."
Nothing further survives in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
