The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Affidavit of undertaking in terms of order dated 07.08.2020 has been filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that paragraph 2 of the affidavit of undertaking, the petitioner has qualified the same and stated that the use of and occupation charges are from 01.03.2020 till 31.07.2020.

It is clarified that the arrears for a consolidated amount was agreed between the parties and shall not be referable to any particular period as mentioned in affidavit of undertaking. 5.

Accordingly, the expression "for the month of 01.03.2020 till 31.07.2020" shall be treated as expunged from paragraph 2 of the CM(M) 381/2020 1 MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

In view of the above, no further order is called for in the petition.
