% 29.04.2019 The official respondents have produced Milan Orao s/o Ms. Sumati Orao; Rusmila, grand-daughter of Mr. Bishwa Hasda; Murmu @ Puja Murmu d/o Ms. Budhani Hembram; Hansi Murmu, niece of Mr. Tulsi Murmu; Kavita Kumari d/o Ms. Anjula Devi; Saruymuni Marandi d/o Ms. Lila Mani Marandi and Kumar Baski s/o Mr. Lagen Baske, in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide Order dated 25th April, 2019. In view of the circumstance that the applications made by the parents of the children to the Child Welfare Committee, seeking their restoration, are now scheduled for hearing at 4:00 p.m, today, in the premises of the Child Welfare Committee-VIII at Kalkaji, New Delhi; learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not press this petition, at this stage.

The petition is disposed of accordingly, whilst reserving liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved by the decision of the Child Welfare Committee qua their applications for restoration of custody of the children to them. Needless to state that the parents of the children will be entitled to a hearing and to produce all relevant material before the Child Welfare Committee at the hearing and the latter will pass a speaking order, in accordance with law, after affording the parents an adequate opportunity of being heard.

Copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
