This Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner against the Order dated 24.02.2024, passed by the Family Court, in MT No.606/2022, fixing interim maintenance of Rs.40,000/- per month. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the final maintenance within a period of eight months from today. 3.

Looking at the fact that the Petition for deciding maintenance was filed in 2022 and that only about four witnesses are left to be examined, this Court deems it fit to direct the Trial Court to decide the issue of maintenance within eight months from today.

The Petition is disposed of with this direction along with the pending applications, if any.
