This petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer and joint trial in one Court of the case CC No. 24048/2016 titled as Trimurti Exim Pvt. Ltd v. Delhi Motors (India), complaint under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the learned MM (NI Act-03), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and CC No. 6012/2017 with FIR No. 38/2014 under Sections 420/406/120B IPC registered at PS: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, pending before learned MM-05, Patiala House Courts, Delhi.

The order sheets indicate that there has been no representation on behalf of the Petitioners since 04.03.2024. Even today none is present to represent the Petitioners.

seeking same relief of clubbing and joint trial of similar FIR was filed by the Petitioners bearing No. TR.P.(Crl.) 48/2022 and was withdrawn on 01.03.2024. Copy of the order is handed over in the Court and is taken on record.

It appears the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition as the copies of the Trial Court record has not been filed despite directions of this Court and that there is no representation on behalf of Petitioners since 04.03.2024.
