On 23.10.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions had submitted that the petitioner would deposit the remaining Rs. 4,00,000/- with the learned Trial Court on or before 20.11.2024. However, no report has been received from the learned Trial Court regarding depositing the remaining of Rs. 4,00,000/- with the learned Trial Court. 2.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It seems that the petitioner herein is not interested to pursue the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
