The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent for conducting a fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 306/2020 under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Jyoti Nagar, under the supervision of the senior police officials.

Mr Malhotra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a proper investigation has not been done and the necessary offences including offences punishable under Sections 354 and 324 of the IPC have not been added in the FIR.

been recovered and the same shows that the complainant was surrounded and the accused Kamal had brought a bunch of keys and had hit the petitioner on her back several times. It is also alleged that the same had resulted in the petitioner suffering a wound. It is also reported that she had also bled from the injury.

The petitioner is stated to be a teacher who has superannuated from her services from the Army Public School. She is a senior citizen. 5.

Mr Mahajan, learned ASC appearing for the State states that the State has no objection if the investigation is directed to the conducted under the supervision of the ACP. He further assures this Court that the proper investigation would be conducted and necessary sections would be added in the charge sheet as and when it is filed.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court except to direct that the investigations be conducted under the supervision of the concerned ACP. It is so directed. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
