After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present application, however, he submits that even if the Applicant is held guilty for the sake of arguments, the total sentence is 3 years and therefore the learned Trial Court be directed to record the evidence of the Prosecutrix expeditiously.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to approach at the appropriate stage. Learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to record the evidence of the Prosecutrix expeditiously.
