As per the impugned order dated 15.09.2023, the petitioner has been directed to pay ad interim maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month for child Master Mohit/ respondent no.2 w.e.f. 24.05.2023.however as per learned counsel for petitioner the petitioner has only paid a sum of Rs.4,000/- till now.

Though there is no stay of the aforesaid impugned order, and the petitioner has only paid a sum of Rs.4,000/- only since passing of the said impugned order, and today also despite pendency of various execution petitions against him, he has not made any attempts to either clear the arrears or to pay the ad interim maintenance to the respondent, it appears that the petitioner is simply trying to take advantage of filing/ pendency of the present petition since the past almost two years. acceptable. As such, the present petition is dismissed. 3.
Learned Executing Court is requested to decide the pending execution petitions at the earliest, preferably within a period of four weeks. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition alongwith the pending applications is dismissed.
