% 23.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) W.P.(C) 4242/2020 & CM APPL. 15255/2020 (For interim reliefs), CM APPL. 15256/2020 (Exemption from filing duly affirmed affidavits) and CM APPL. 15257/2020 (Exemption from filing annexure as per rules) By the instant petition, the petitioner Association, in effect, seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus for being furnished the reports on the premise whereof Notification No. S.O. 1512(E) dated 14-05-2020 is published in the Gazette of India on 18-05-2020. During the course of hearing, Mr. Sharma, ld. ASG on instructions submits that the report of the Registration Committee and the report of Dr.

Anupam Varma Committee but for the confidential part thereof, on the premise whereof the subject notification dated 18.05.2020 has been issued would be put in the public domain within 15 days from today. In view of the foregoing statement, Mr. Savla, ld. Senior Counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further. At this stage, Mr. Savla, ld. Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the time granted under the subject notification during which the objections may be extended. Simultaneously however he submits that the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench) has stayed the operation of the subject notification yesterday. In the given factual conspectus,the prayer for any extention would be misconceived.

Petition with all pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
