% 16.07.2020 The applicant, who is on interim bail for a period of 45 days granted vidé order dated 28.05.2020 in Bail Appl. No. 976/2020, seeks extension of interim bail.

However, by order dated 13.07.2020 made by a Full Bench of this court in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 titled Court on its own Motion vs. State & Ors., it has inter alia been clarified that, in view of the serious threat of spread of the coronavirus pandemic in prison, where undertrials are on interim bail as on the date of that order, irrespective of whether they were released before or after 16.03.2020, such interim orders shall stand extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions as were imposed earlier.

In view of the above, the present application is infructuous and is dismissed as such.
