% 10.02.2020 CM No.3723/2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received a purported order dated 07.02.2020 from the respondent. He submits that this is not the order in terms of Section 7D of the Citizenship Act, 1955.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 07.02.2020 in an appropriate proceeding raising all contentions as may be available to the petitioner.

The application is dismissed.
