The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that an appropriate direction be issued to the respondents to inform the petitioner whether any Look Out Circular (LOC)/Black Listing Order has been issued against the petitioner.

The petitioner claims that he is a registered Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) bearing OCI card No. A0958396. A red corner notice was issued by the International Criminal Police Organization on 25.11.2016 and the petitioner apprehends that on the basis of the said notice, the concerned authorities would issue a LOC or blacklist the petitioner, thus preventing the petitioner to travel in and out of the country. 3.

Mr Anugrah Ahluwalia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that a LOC was initiated against the petitioner by the Assistant

Director NCB Interpol - CBI and a LOC was opened on 28.11.2016. He states that on 27.01.2019, the said LOC was deleted. 4.

In view of the above statement, there is now no impediment for the petitioner to travel to India. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
