Petitioner, by this petition, seeks a direction to the District Magistrate (North) to pass orders on his application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on advance notice, submits that the order has already been passed by the District Magistrate on 13.07.2020.
