% 27.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Committee within a period of one week.

As learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order rejecting the petitioner's application has not been communicated to it, this Court permits the petitioner to file an appeal challenging the impugned minutes of meeting.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Appellate Committee is directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
