After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned bail application with liberty to approach the concerned trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in case an application is filed before the concerned trial court, the trial court should take up the same for consideration at the earliest.

To my mind, there is merit in this submission of the counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the captioned bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned trial court to seek regular bail.

5.

In case the petitioner files such an application before the trial court, the trial court shall endeavour to dispose of the same at the earliest, albeit, as per law.
