No.1074/2020 The petitioner's grievance arises from certain alleged transactions for purchase of an apartment from certain individuals, who the petitioner alleges, fraudulently induced him to pay a sum of Rs.43.50 lacs towards agreed sale consideration and then committed W.P.(Crl.) 1074/2020 Page of

various offences, including fabrication and forgery. Arising from this transaction, the petitioner has sought various reliefs by way of this writ petition, including that a fair and proper inquiry be conducted on complaint dated 11.03.2020 filed with the local police; and that the investigation be transferred to the Crime Branch. 2.

After making some submissions however, Mr. Nand Kishore Aggarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to adopt such administrative and legal remedies, as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
