This writ petition is filed seeking an appropriate writ to direct the respondent to issue/execute the Conveyance Deed of Flat No.23, 3rd Floor, Block-A, Pocket-3, Sector- 18 without Watch and Ward Charges. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that apart from the other charges the respondent is charging Watch and Ward Charges without giving any explanation.

Learned counsel for the respondent/DDA, Mr.Sanjeev Sagar has entered appearance. He submits that a meeting can be organised with the Deputy Director Mr.Ashok, Mob. No. 9868889765 and the issues shall be sorted out.

Let the petitioner have a video call with the said officer and sort out

the matter. Needful be done within one week from today. 5.
