Settlement agreement dated 06.04.2018 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. It is submitted that the parties have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes before the learned Mediator.

The petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.6,75,000/- to the respondent No.2 in full and final settlement of all his claims against the petitioner.

Pursuant to the settlement, today learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Arun Bhardwaj, Advocate has handed over a demand draft No.236416 drawn on Bank of Baroda, dated 06.04.2018 for Rs.6,75,000/- in favour of respondent No.2/workman to the respondent No.2 through his counsel Mr.C.S.Rathour, Advocate which has been accepted by him. It is agreed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall co-operate in

getting the withdrawal of provident fund dues of respondent No.2 from the concerned authorities.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

CM APPL. 9853/2013 & 41999/2016 are disposed of as infructuous.

Since the matter has been settled and the settlement amount has been paid to respondent No.2, the amount lying deposited with the Registry be refunded to the petitioner.
