% 07.03.2019 CM APPL No. 54572/2018 This application has been filed by the respondent for enhancement of rent. It is stated the eviction order was passed on 22nd August, 2017 but despite that the petitioner is in possession of the premises. Though the respondent has asked for an amount of 15,000/- per month towards the user and occupation charges but this quantification is objected to by the petitioner herein, hence, as an interim measure let the petitioner pay to the respondent an amount of 6,000/- per month as user and occupation charges w.e.f. 1st March, 2018 till the pendency of the petition. The arrears be cleared within eight weeks from today. The future monthly payments be made on or before 7th of each calendar month. The water and electricity charges

be paid as per actuals. Any default in the payment of user/occupation charges shall entail eviction forthwith.

The application stands disposed of.

Interim order is made absolute during the pendency of the petition.
