By this petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondents for issuance of Movement Pass to the petitioner and his driver so that they can visit Shri Kedarnath Temple and perform certain rituals there.

The petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 as also the Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Board to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation/application to them for issuance of such a pass. The same shall be disposed of by the respondent no.2 and the Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Board, in accordance with their

guidelines, within a period of one week from today. Such decision be communicated to the petitioner by way of an email on the address provided in the petition.
