O R D E R

% 29.01.2018 Petitioner is seeking a parole for the reasons mentioned in the application one such reason is that he want to connect himself with society as also to file SLP against the dismissal of his appeal by this court on 23.08.2017. Petitioner is a life convict. He had been convicted under Section 302 IPC as also Section 201 IPC. The maximum sentence awarded to him is life imprisonment. The nominal roll of the petitioner reflect that as on 11.01.2018 he had suffered incarceration of almost 61⁄2 years which included the remission. His jail conduct was satisfactory. The work allotted to him was that of a 'education sahayak'.

On an advance notice, learned counsel for the state has put in appearance. The address mentioned in the nominal roll of the

petitioner is the same address which had been of the petitioner earlier. The investigating officer is present. It has been informed to the court that the investigating officer had visited the residential address of the petitioner and the mother of the petitioner was found living there. Petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of three weeks to be counted from the date of his release on furnishing of his personal bond in the sum of Rs 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent with condition that he shall appear before the concerned SHO on every Monday of every week. He shall also furnish his latest residential address and mobile number to the concerned investigating officer. Petition disposed of in the above terms.

A copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendant concerned for intimation to the petitioner.
