CM No.21911/2020 (of the petitioner for issuance of directions). 3.

The applicant/petitioner, after disposal of this petition, filed by him impugning the order of the respondents Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) directing the applicant/petitioner to report at Jammu, by only seeking posting/ movement to be deferred till 5th September, 2020, has now filed this application seeking further deferment by six months. 4.

We have perused the grounds urged in the application and the documents filed therewith and also heard the counsel for the W.P.(C) 4238/2020

applicant/petitioner and the counsel for the respondents CRPF appearing on advance notice.

The applicant/petitioner seems to be indulging in the game of deferment of his posting, to remain at Delhi, where he has already been posted for about nine years and no reliance can be placed on the word today also of the application/petitioner, of not seeking any deferment, again after six months from today.

As far as the ground urged of the applicant/petitioner presently suffering from COVID-19/Corona is concerned, the counsel for the respondents CRPF states that all the protocol applicable thereto shall be followed and the applicant/petitioner shall not be forced to move, in violation thereof. It is also stated that the applicant/petitioner is in Shape-1 medical condition and the averments with respect to vacancy position at different stations is false.
