The present Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator by a period of four months w.e.f. 06.05.2024.

Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended.
