1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. W.P.(C) 4223/2020 & CM APPL. 15194/2020 (Exemption)
2. The writ petition is premised on a statement that an application was made by the petitioner to the North Delhi Municipal Corporation („NDMC‟) for approval of Building Plan, but the said Plan was not accepted by the latter. There is no proof apropos any such application having been made to the NDMC. The petition is meritless.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue remedies as may be available in law and/or to approach the court with better particulars.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
