The petitioner is unrepresented. She was last represented on 09.10.2023, when the request of her counsel for discharge was accepted, and Court notice was issued to her.

By an order dated 24.01.2024, fresh Court notice was issued to the petitioner. Thereafter, order dated 22.11.2024 records that Court notice was returned as "unserved", as the petitioner does not live at the address given in the memo of parties. The respondent was directed to ascertain her current address and place the same on affidavit. 3.

The Registry reports that the respondent informed the Registry that they have no address for the petitioner other than address given in the memo of parties.

As notice has already been issued at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, but was returned unserved, and the counsel has already been discharged, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
