The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0587/2018 under Sections 354/509/323 of the IPC registered with P.S. Hari Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is predicated on the settlement arrived at between the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4). A copy of the settlement deed dated 30.04.2019 has also been placed on record. 3.

The petitioner is present in Court and is identified by his counsel. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are also present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.

The respondent nos. 2 to 4 state that they have resolved all their disputes and differences with the petitioner in terms of the said settlement

deed dated 30.04.2019 and have no grievance against the petitioner. They further join the petitioner in praying that the FIR in question may be quashed.

The petitioner states that he has no grievance against respondent nos. 2 to 4 and has resolved all his difference and disputes with them. 6.

In view of the statements made by the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 7.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no. 0587/2018 under Sections 354/509/323 of the IPC registered with P.S. Hari Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
