O R D E R

By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that she has to file special leave petition against the judgment of this Court dated 8th September, 2017 dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner, engage a counsel for the same and find suitable match for her daughters who are of marriageable age.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report family of the petitioner comprising of her husband, son and two daughters aged 34 years and 28 years is residing at A-92, Jeevan Park, Pankha Road, Near Sunil Dairy, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. 3.

Since the petitioner has been in continuous custody for the last more than seven years and was earlier released twice by this Court on interim bail, during the pendency of the appeal, which concession she did not misuse, this W.P.(CRL) 285/2018

Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. Consequently, the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
