% 04.04.2018 Since the petitioner has been convicted under Sections 69/63/57(C) of the Army Act besides the Official Secrets Act, the application for suspension of sentence/parole would be maintainable before the Armed Forces Tribunal where the petitioner has already availed the remedy earlier and his application for grant of parole has been dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 13th April, 2017.

Petition is thus dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take remedies as available in law.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
