Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the Chief Secretary who is also the competent authority for the Department of Urban Development has passed two orders both dated 27.07.2020 dealing with both the issues raised by the petitioners in their representation. Copy of the order has been shared with the Court Master. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not received the order. The order has been shared on screen with learned counsel for the petitioners.

Copy of the orders/documents shall be once again supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.
