The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950. After hearing, the sole prayer of the petitioner is that the stay application bearing S.A. No.02/2026 is pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, New Delhi ("DRT-III"), which may be considered and decided expeditiously.

We expect and hope the DRT-III to decide the said stay application expeditiously.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed and the present petition stands disposed of.
