By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0255/2025 dated 12.05.2025, registered at P.S. K.N. Katju Marg, New Delhi, under Sections 308(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Anurag Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
