1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
2. Issue notice.
3. Mr Ajjay Arorra, the learned counsel for the respondent/NDMC as mentioned above accepts notice.
4. At joint request of the parties, the petition is taken up for disposal.
5. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction directing the respondent to allow the necessary repair work in the building."
6. The petitioner is aggrieved by status quo condition imposed on his demolished property bearing No.245, Village-Pillanji, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. He seeks to repair and/or regularize the same as per rules, especially in view of the imminent monsoons. He is apprehensive that if the necessary repairs are not carried out, it would
lead to further damage to the remaining non-demolished portion of the building.
7. It will be open to the petitioner to approach the Corporation for seeking appropriate relief(s) in this regard. In the interim, the present writ petition will be treated as his representation by the Corporation, for the aforesaid relief(s). A decision thereon will be decided after according due hearing to the petitioner apropos regularization/ sanction of the structure/building and/or other relief(s) as sought. Requisite documents/building plans as may be required shall be supplied by the petitioner to the Corporation. The petitioner's representation shall be decided by Corporation within four weeks of submission of requisite building plan by him.
8. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
