Present Public Interest Petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to respondent no.1/MCD to consider the representation of the petitioner to demolish/seal the unauthorized construction being raised on property bearing No. 2665, Gali No.3, Ajmal Khan Road, Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent no.4 states that in response to the notices issued by MCD, the said respondent has filed proceedings before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD and an interim stay order has been passed by the Tribunal.
