The present petition would be maintainable before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal by virtue of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. That apart, the respondent/ Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is a Scheduled institution under Section 14(2) of the said Act. 2.

The present writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal for appropriate orders.

The petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought granted.
