The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction in respect of property bearing No.4355-4359, Ward No.VII, situated at Kucha Pandit, Shah Ganj, Delhi-110006. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the unauthorized construction in question has already been booked and a show cause notice has been issued on 12.04.2024. 3.

It is submitted that on receipt of reply to the aforesaid show cause notice dated 12.04.2024, further action, as mandated under law, shall be taken qua the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction in question. 4.

It is assured and undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, on instructions, that requisite action in accordance with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. law, shall be taken qua the unauthorised construction in question, and taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously, and latest within a period of 08 weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage; the same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
