The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "A. Seeking setting aside the Impugned order dated 23.02.2026, passed by the hon'ble court of sh. Sunil Gupta, ld. Principal family Judge, south, Saket District courts complex, New Delhi, in the matter titled as, 'Mr. Raghav Kapoor v Mrs. Neha Khattar' in GP Petition no. 62 of 2025 and seeking expeditious decision of pending interim application under section 12 of the guardians and wards act.

B. Direct the Hon'ble Trial Court, in exercise of this Hon'ble Court's supervisory jurisdiction, to decide the pending interim application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 within a fixed and time-bound period;

C. Pass appropriate interim directions directing the Respondent to facilitate immediate, regular, and meaningful interaction of the Petitioner and Petitioner Parents with the minor child, including physical visitation, outings and video calls at fixed intervals, and to ensure that the Petitioner is not deprived of access to the minor child during the pendency of the present Petition, so as to prevent further irreparable prejudice and in the paramount interest of the welfare of the child; D. of 2025 titled as Raghav Kapoor v. Neha Khattar pending before the Hon'ble Court of the Ld. Principal Family Judge, South, Saket District Courts Complex, New Delhi, for the purposes of proper adjudication of the present Petition.

E. OR adjudicate the pending interim application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 and grant appropriate interim custody/visitation rights to the Petitioner, in the interest of justice and welfare of the minor child;

F. Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the next date fixed before the learned Family Court in GP No. 62/2025 is 16.05.2026. 4.

The present petition is disposed of requesting learned Principal Family Judge, South, Saket District District Courts, Delhi to expedite the hearing on the interim application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, in GP No. 62/2025, pending before it, without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties, and conclude the same preferably on the date so fixed.
