The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 252/2018 of Police Station Alipur for offence under Section 3 & 4 Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act.

According to learned APP for State, there are seven protected witnesses in this case.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of all seven protected witnesses. 4.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Learned trial court is directed to examine all seven protected witnesses on priority basis and conclude recording of their testimony within six months.
