The present petition seeks restoration of the electricity connection vide CA No. 154047413 in the property bearing no. E-101, Third Floor, Back Side, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, New Delhi-110025 2.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent states, on instructions, that the electricity connection/ meter bearing CA No.154047413 in the property bearing No.E-101, Third Floor, Back Side, Shaheen Bagh, Abdul Fazal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Enclave Part-2, New Delhi-1100025 has not been disconnected and that electricity supply through the said connection/ meter is continuing uninterrupted. The said statement is taken on record. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that there shall be no disruption in the supply of the electricity through the aforesaid meter/ connection, subject to the petitioner paying requisite charges, as demanded from time to time.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage; the same, alongwith pending application(s) is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti.
