The petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 172/2024 of Police Station New Friends Colony for offence under Section 498A/406/323/506/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, disclosing the order dated 15.04.2026 when the earlier similar petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage. The petitioner shall also explain as to how the appropriate stage is now.

As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
