Appeal No. 25/2018 in S.A No. 6/2018 (DRT-III, Delhi), in view of an order dated 3rd November, 2015, rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No 9803/2015, titled as "Suresh Chand Sharma vs. Punjab National Bank & Ors.", insofar as, it directs the substitution of an amount in money with a Fixed Deposit Receipt in favour of the respondent bank, if so advised. W.P.(C) 846/2018

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
