% 03.12.2019 In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the present habeas corpus petition, in relation to Ms. Priyanka Yadav, whose dead body has since been discovered within the jurisdiction of Police Station Awagarh, District Etah, Uttar Pradesh and a case being FIR No.179/2019, under Sections 498A/304B/201/120B Indian Penal Code, 1860 and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 has been registered by them in this behalf on 27.07.2019. W.P.(CRL.) 1216/2019
The petition is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of accordingly. Needless to state that, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the subject matter of Ms. Priyanka Yadav's unnatural demise.
