Present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner-applicant states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner made a representation to the office of the respondents inter alia seeking revival of the subject work. 3.

He states that the said representation of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents and the respondents vide communication dated 28th October, 2024 has informed the petitioner that the request for revival of the contract is under consideration of the competent authority with the existing terms and conditions, subject to withdrawal of the court case. 4.
