read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for registration of FIR under Section 3/4 of MACOCA and Section 409/467/468/471/477A/34 IPC; to direct for registration of Case/ECIR for the offences punishable under Section 3/4 PMLA Act; to constitute an SIT or to transfer the investigation to P.S. EOW, Mandir Marg, New Delhi and also to issue directions to Respondent No.2 3 and 9 to investigate in the affairs of the private Respondent No.10 and its sister concerns and to initiate prosecution by filing appropriate Complaint under Section 435 Companies Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that the Chargesheet and thereafter a Supplementary Chargesheet has already been filed and the matter is pending at the stage of arguments on Charge. 3.

In so far as the grievance in respect of FIR No.25/2018 are concerned, they already stand satisfied since the Chargesheet/ Suppelementary Chargesheet already stands filed. In case the petitioner feels that there are other offences made out from the averments made in the Petition, he is at liberty to address the arguments before the learned Trial Court. 4.

In so far as non-action by ROC on his Complaint is concerned, he is at liberty to ROC or to seek appropriate remedy before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.

No further directions are merited on the Writ Petition, which is hereby dismissed.
