Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Shashank Bajpai, learned Counsel representing Respondent No. 2. 2.
In view of the proposed Order, requirement of issuance of Notice to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 is hereby dismissed.

This Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Indraprastha Gas Limited - Respondent No. 1 to provide Piped Natural Gas ("PNG") connectivity to residents of Sector B-1, Tronica City, Ghaziabad, which is a residential sector.

Ordinarily, in absence of any such statutory right, we would not have entertained the Writ Petition, however, having regard to the present day need of PNG connectivity, we permit the Petitioners to represent this cause on behalf of the residents of the aforesaid residential sector of Tronica City, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Ghaziabad to Respondent No. 1 by way of making a detailed application, taking all the pleas, which may be available to them under law and enclosing therewith all the documents, on which they intend to rely upon. The said representation shall be made within a fortnight from today. 5.
In case any such representation is made, the same shall be attended to by an officer of appropriate level of the Indraprastha Gas Limited and a decision, which may be permissible under law and feasible as well, shall also be taken within six weeks thereafter.

The decision, which may be taken on the representation to be preferred by the Petitioners under this Order, shall also be communicated to the Petitioners.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
