The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that accused persons, namely, Vaida Bhoopathi, Ashok Marutrao Chaudhari and J. Janaiaha were declared as Proclaimed Offenders in complaint case No. 12165/2019, 9507/2019 & 8182/2017 respectively. He submits that no FIR has been registered by the respondent authorities for offence under Section 174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and the accused persons, Vaida Bhoopati, Ashok Marutrao Chaudhari and J. Janaiaha are roaming freely.

The learned counsel further submits that the said accused persons are residing at the address provided by the petitioner in the present petitions. He submits that the respondent authorities are not taking any action against the accused persons. He further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the present petitions are treated as representation and appropriate action is taken by the respondent authorities.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to treat the present petitions as representation and take an action in accordance with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
