Learned counsel for the parties state that the inter-se disputes have been resolved amicably under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

The terms of the settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 19.03.2026. The terms of the settlement have been recorded in para nos.1 to 14 of the aforesaid settlement agreement. The settlement agreement dated 19.03.2026 along with all its Annexures is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 3.
There is no impediment in case this Court decrees the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.03.2026 arrived at between the parties. 4.
Accordingly, let a decree sheet be drawn up in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of the prayer clause (i) and (ii) of paragraph 29 of the plaint which have also reproduced in the Settlement Agreement dated 19.03.2026.
