The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 303/2014, registered under Sections 302/307/120-B/34 IPC r/w Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi on the ground that during the period of interim bail of the petitioner, the petitioner's wife suffered from an injury and fractured her leg and there is no one to look after her.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail application and submits that the petitioner was initially granted interim bail on account of ill health of petitioner's wife whereafter he surrendered on 14.07.2020. She further submits that the petitioner's mother is residing at the first floor of the same house along with her husband and the second son Neeraj aged about 24 years. The petitioner's wife is residing at House No. L- 451, J.J. Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi. The maternal house of the petitioner's wife is also only nearby, situated at House No. L-455, J.J. Colony, Wazirpur, Delhi. BAIL APPL 1764/2020

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although in the SCRB Report, four involvements were mentioned however in the Status Report, it was stated that the petitioner stands acquitted in FIR No.29/2011, P.S. Subzi Mandi and the status of two FIRs namely, FIR No.29/2009, P.S. Bharat Nagar and FIR No.101/2008, P.S. Sarai Rohilla, is uncertain. 4.

Be that as it may, I find no ground to grant interim bail. The same is dismissed.
