The petitioner has filed the present petition - TR.P.(C.) 54/2019 - inter alia, praying for the transfer of MACT Case No.434/2018 captioned as 'Smt. Savita Singh and Ors. v. Shri Peak Baji and Ors.', which is pending in the court of Shri Paramjit Singh, P.O. MACT (SW), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, to the learned MACT, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, to be tried alongwith MACT Case No.137/2018 captioned as 'Swaranjit Kaur & Ors. v. Peak Baji & Ors.'

The petitioner has filed the transfer petition - TR.P.(C.) 55/2019 - seeking for the transfer of MACT Case No.163/2018 captioned as 'Smt. Saroj & Anr. v. Sh. Peak Baji and Ors., which is pending in the Court of Shri Amit Bansal, P.O. MACT, Rohini Court, Delhi to the learned MACT, Patiala House Court, New Delhi to be tried alongwith MACT Case No.137/2018 captioned as 'Swaranjit Kaur & Ors. v. Peak Baji & Ors.' 4.

The petitioner states that all the three cases relate to an accident that occurred near Korakodahalli Bus Stop on the National Highway-47, District Dharampuri, Tamil Nadu. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent (claimants in the aforesaid cases) states that the respondents have no objection if the aforementioned cases are transferred from the Court of P.O. MACT (SW) Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and P.O., MACT, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the Court of MACT, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, to be considered along with MACT 137/2018 captioned 'Swaranjit Kaur & Ors. v. Peak Baji & Ors.'.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the aforesaid cases - MACT Case No.434/2018 captioned as 'Smt. Savita Singh and Ors. v. Shri Peak

Baji and Ors.' and MACT Case No.163/2018 captioned as 'Smt. Saroj & Anr. v. Sh. Peak Baji and Ors.' are transferred to the MACT, Patiala House and are directed to be listed before the concerned Court on 27.05.2019. The pending applications are disposed of.
